happysales.co is a small shop that sells digital trackers and templates on Etsy (etsy.com/shop/TheHappySalesCo). This policy explains what information we handle and why. It covers our Etsy shop and our own app, "happysales.co pins", which we use only to post Pins to our own Pinterest account.

Our Pinterest app ("happysales.co pins")
- The app is used only by us, to create and schedule Pins on the happysales.co Pinterest account. Each Pin shows one of our own product images and links to our Etsy listing.
- We choose every Pin before it is published. The app does not post automatically without our review.
- The app connects only to our own Pinterest account, through Pinterest's official sign-in (OAuth). It asks only for the permissions needed to read our own boards and Pins and to create Pins: boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, pins:write and user_accounts:read.
- The app does not access, collect or store any other Pinterest user's data, Pins, boards or profile information.
- The sign-in token is stored privately on our own computer and is never shared or sold. We do not store data from the Pinterest API beyond what is needed to post a Pin and avoid posting it twice (the Pin's ID and posting date).
- We can revoke the app's access at any time in Pinterest settings, and we will delete the stored token if we stop using the app.
Customers who buy on Etsy
- Orders, payments and delivery happen on Etsy. Etsy shares with us what it needs to fulfil your order, such as your name, your Etsy username and your order details. We never see your card details.
- We use this only to deliver your download and to answer your messages.
- We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

This website
This website has no sign-up, no forms and no tracking or advertising cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security.
How long we keep information
We keep order details only as long as Etsy and tax rules require. You can ask us to delete anything we hold about you that we do not have to keep.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email thehappysalesco@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
